Hearing protection for hunting is designed like hearing aids that are worn inside the ear canal. As soon as the hearing aid detects a gunshot, it blocks the sound. The hunter can still hear everything happening around them and converse with their hunting companions, but they are protected from hearing damage and don’t have to wear large, traditional earmuffs.
Musician's hearing protection
Hearing protection for musicians attenuates frequencies more linearly than regular hearing protection. This preserves the balance of the music in terms of bass, midrange, and treble – and the sound is perceived as simply reduced in volume, but with the same tonal quality. Common to these hearing protectors is that the filters can be changed, allowing the attenuation to be adjusted from, for example, 10dB to 20dB or 30dB.

Impressions of the ear canal are taken by our permanent audiologist, who also makes molds for hearing aids, ensuring a perfect and risk-free impression. Once your custom-made ear protection is ready, you can pick them up at the hearing clinic, or we can mail them to you, depending on your preference...

Access for people with walking difficulties
There is access to the hearing clinic at Charlottenlund Private Hospital without having to climb stairs. When you are standing on the corner of Jægersborg Alle and Fredensvej (right at the corner of Meny). Follow the sidewalk down along Meny, towards Pakke-Posten, where you will find the back entrance to Charlottenlund Private Hospital, from where an elevator takes you up to the 3rd floor.
